High quality, pretty but a little shinier than I thought by the photos (I prefer a matte thread). Took almost a month to arrive but expected with what's going on and ok by me. Wrinkles almost all ironed out with "linen" setting on iron and lots of pressure. Thank you.

Exactly as described! My partner and I got two of the same bag in different colors for our honeymoon.They're perfect, as they're a great size and fabric and having a matching set in slightly different colors will mean packing is easy but we will be able to tell them apart!

I LOVE these (and is my second purchase of linen from the same source, that is "Thing Stories")I got the same linen material from this same company maybe a month ago (oversized bath towel which doubles for me as a top sheet on my full size bed in the summer in Austin, Texas which gets very hot and very humid).I have ordered from one other company on Amazon some kitchen towels and I am MUCH happier with these. In fact, the thicker towels from the other company are being demoted in usage because they dry so slowly.I am SO happy using these kitchen towels for hand drying. I wash my hands often when I cook, and I often cook a lot, so that is a lot of hand drying -- and these always seem to be dry again before I use them next.I am so happy with this weave (waffle weave) and this company, which apparently is in Lithuania.

Kanva cloths review - Perfect For My NeedsI wanted a really small face towel. I hate face towels that take up a lot of space, especially because I always use a clean one so I have a lot of them. I also just use them with face cleaner, I don't do anything fancy. I was using really cheap ones from Target that were extremely thin but this is what I liked about them. This one is even smaller than those. When they arrived they were slightly above 8 inches but after using, they shrunk to 7 inches and after washing and drying, they shrunk a quarter of inch more. I don't mind, it's still big enough and small enough I don't have to fold them, and if I do fold them, they will be very tiny which is a win win in my book.This was a really big upgrade but I like it a lot. I especially like the hanging loop, it is a nice touch. I cut the tags out and they look nicer. I love linen and understand how it works but if you have not used linen products before, you might not like it. They are very wrinkley and messy looking but I think natural and pretty. I used these straight out of the box and they felt wiry and pretty good for exfoliating but after washing and drying once they are much much softer and not good for exfoliation. I suppose that would be good for the regular towels especially. If you get the towels, definitley wash before use. I am considering making it a set as I am kind of in the market for new towels.They sudsed fine for me but I sudsed them on my face, it's not easy to get it to foam up on the cloth first. I normally do it this way anyways.

Light, dries quickly, have ordered more.I wanted a towel that was better for my fine hair and also good for travel, but didn't want microfiber due to environmental concerns.Tried two different brands for linen, and while I like the other brand for my hair, I love the waffle texture that Thing Stories has for my other towels. I did notice that two out of the three black color mix towels had loose threads in the middle (not the stitched seams) that none of the neutral/natural ones had. The brand was quick to reply, and said the threads could be snipped without any worry for the integrity of the towel, but that they would be happy to replace them if I'd prefer.So, so far, I've been happy with the towels and the brand response. I've just ordered more of the natural color for face and hand towels.I hang dry between showers, and I wash them on gentle with the same shampoo I use on my silk stuff, and I dry them on low in the dryer. I haven't noticed any shrinkage, though I could see it being a problem at higher temperatures. The waffle texture means they don't feel as rough as other new linen, and I think it looks more interesting. The only drawback I can think of is, if you're using them during cold seasons or live in a cold climate, they aren't going to be as nice and warm after a shower as our terry cotton.

Love them!This is the towel for anyone who lives in SW Florida! Since moving here, it has been difficult to have a dry towel in the morning if the A/C or heat is not on. Since the heat is seldom on, I often find myself with a damp towel to use after showering. I read the information about how European countries have been using linen towels for a long time and how quickly they dry. I love my new towels. These would be great to take to the gym or traveling since they are so light. Fluffy towels are great in a hotel room but damp, fluffy towels are not nice at home. I have definitely been converted to using linen towels.
I ordered placemats and napkins. I was very pleased with the items I received, great quality and well made. Simona was a pleasure to deal with.

Arrived today, washed them before using, hanged them to dry and after an hour or even shorter, they were already dry and ready to use! Well, it was hot, dry day with some wind but still very impressive! They do shed but it's nothing that I didn't expect. It should stop after a few more use and wash... towels feel nice on skin, not scratchy and absorb and dry very well! Now I want to replace all our old, cotton towels to these linen ones. Thank you so much for the great products!It came with a lovely, plastic free packaging with a cute little hand-written note to it. And the table runner itself is so beautiful! Nice color and it feels sturdy and not too thin. From order confirmation to dispatch and delivery, all went so smooth and very quick! Overall I'm very happy with my purchase and I will definitely come back to order some more items from this shop!

This humble towel is my new favorite for gym or travel or home useThis humble towel is my new favorite for gym or travel or home use. So light and so fast drying and nicer than microfiber. I tried a similar towel in Finland and was hooked. It doesn’t really look like much at first for the price but use and wash it a few times and suddenly you are hooked for life. Nothing beats this high quality, old fashioned and lightweight towel!

Lovely towels! I was looking for non-dyed natural linen towels and these are perfect, very well made, and a good price. I received them quite fast given I’m in the US. I soaked them, then washed them and dried them on low, and they softened up quite a bit. They are also quite absorbent. The seller also included a little gift, which was such a nice surprise! An excellent towel for drying hair!!I originally bought this for a trip, but that trip has been cancelled due to the COVID-19 outbreak. I initially considered sending back this towel, but it smelled and looked very nice, and was very well presented, so I decided to keep it and try it out for when (if?) the world ever returns to normal.I gave it a 5/ for absorbency. I had shoulder length dreadlocks and have been using this towel to dry my hair after washing at least twice a week since I got it. My hair actually dries the same day now, rather than into the next day, since using this towel!For travelling and lightweight I gave them both a 5/5. I haven't taken it out on any trips because of shelter in place orders, however it DOES pack really small and it air dries really quickly for me here in Colorado. Once it air dries I fold it down and save it for my next hair wash. It could fit into a quart sized ziploc baggie for travel for sure.I've been using this towel exclusively on my hair. Haven't used it for body drying. I'm one of those girls that NEEDS two towels to try off with and have a separate velour towel I've been testing out that I'd also bought for travel.I'm considering downsizing my home towel collection since I've been using my two towels. So that's saying something! I highly recommend this towel, at least as a hair drying travel towel. If they made a bath sheet sized one I'd definitely buy it based on how this one performs.
Love this towel! Bought it for two friends who also thought they were beautiful. Dries quickly. Works as an exfoliant. Gets softer each time you wash it. Very long delivery time.

Absorbent and quick dryingThese flax towels are silky and absorbent after a shower.The towel itself wraps nicely around my head to dry my hair. It is a thin fabric, dries quickly, with no smell so far.This type of towel takes a little getting used to when you have used terry cloth towels in the past. It works well though, and is easy to wash and dry.

Who Knew A Towel Could Change My Life?I bought this towel because I wanted to try a linen towel before I began making my own. Well, have I gotten a surprise.The towel is thin, similar to a lightweight linen dress or pants. This towel absorbs water like no cotton towel I have owned. The bonus is that it dries fast. It is a nice size and I wash it every week and it gets softer with each washing. I was surprised how much I love this towel. It has convinced me to make my own (sorry Amazon).It is worth the expense because it is a wonderful towel. I would take it when I travel because it weighs so little and folds very flat. I have a small confession, I don't iron mine when it comes out of the laundry. I just take it out the basket and hang it up in the bath.

Carry on approvedI got this for a trip where I didn't check baggage, so I had to pack light and this fit the bill. I hung to dry after each use and as I moved from spot to spot, it folded down very small, and is very packable. No odors. I don't dry it in the dryer, and don't plan to, but ai drying works great!

Fantastic cloths!! Both exfoliating and softThese are amazing! Unique fabric - they feel soft but are wonderfully exfoliating and leave my skin glowing like i just had a facial every time.I have purchased 10 sets now and the matching towels. I've started giving these as gifts and everyone loves them.They arrive not being pre-washed and seem very rough but once you wash them they become so soft while retaining the exfoliation from the open weave texture. buy these you will love them!!

Nice quality linen towelsI really like these towels. The weave is fresh and contemporary looking. They absorb well, dry quickly, and the color is a soft looking neutral that fits right in with my black and white bathroom. I would have liked them to be a few inches wider, but saw afterwards that there are also wider ones available.

Speaking from experience, the set is the way to go! My initial purchase with this shop included one of these zippered bags. It proved to be so useful and of such a high quality, I almost immediately ordered several others. You wont be disappointed if you buy the set! A great bag for toiletries! This bag is exquisite. It’s a very functional size and easy to put to use to store extra toiletries in or for travel. It was shipped incredibly fast too.

These are just a thinner weave than i am used to but still very absorbent and functional. If your used to thicker linen towels … these are not them. The color is excellent, love love love the color…. Should have done more research. They work well for a light weight towel. Very functional.

New Found LoveThese are some amazing cloths . I use them both for my face and body. The absorbency is perfect and for the value they have my face totally glowing.It is excellent removing dead skin and leaves my body so soft before me moisturizing.These are perfect with drying and there is no lingering smells left behind on cloths not even the soap.I highly recommend these. I will definitely be reordering and I’m also changing my towels . These are a awry game changer. I’m very big on esthetic as well as functionality and it checks off both boxes. I will never be returning back to funky cotton again.

This linen and towel snob (addict?) has just ordered two more pairsLove these towels. I’m a linen and towel snob, thick cotton terry dish towels leave linty residue, and take forever to dry so can get mildew-smelly. Thin cotton towels like flour sack also leave linty residue and, if they have a print, can often be stiff and somewhat un-absorbent for a while.Also, for me, those just don’t offer any tactile pleasure. This may seem like a silly preference in a kitchen towel but I’m sure there are other people who feel similarly.The 100% linen fabric, good thickness (not very), and nice little black-and-white pattern make them more than a step above your run-of-the-mill kitchen towels, nice enough to be a tea towel of a rustic, casual sort, if you don’t want too-precious. They’re on the smallish side, so be aware of that.Oh yes, I’ve become dependent on hanging loops and never want to buy towels again that don’t have them! I’ve just ordered two more pairs.

The perfect travel towelFantastic product, I was looking for a soft, light, linen towel for travel. This was the cheapest and fastest shipping one I found that also ticked all my boxes (I checked all over the web, including etsy). I hate the typical microfiber towels, they don't absorb water well off of your skin and do not feel nice after swimming/showering.While I was worried that the linen might be a rough (I have sensitive skin to linen and wools), with the pre-washed/softened waffle pattern, this is super comfortable on the skin and just the right size for me for travel (I'm 5'10). This thing is only marginally heavier than my microfiber towel and packs down to the same size. Yes it is thin, but that's the point, and linen (esp waffle pattern) is super absorbent and fast drying.Already ordered a second one for the girlfriend. Thanks!

Very nice towelsI really love these towels! These towels are not fluffy and soft like cotton or microfiber towels, so if you are looking for that you will not find it here.However if you are looking for a fast drying, super absorbant towel that feels like wrapping yourself in the luxuriously salty breezes of Santorini while indulging in the local delicacies of a small cliffside cafe and watching the sailboats bobbing against the bright blue of the ocean beneath you, then this towel might work for you. :)

Great linen towel!Love the waffle style of this towel! Very hard to find in pure linen towels. This towel has become THE towel I use to dry my face every evening. As usual with linen if you aren’t used to it, it feels a little rough compared to traditional fluffy cotton, but if you are like me, once you get used to it, there is no going back to traditional cotton or polyester towels! It also gets softer the more you use and wash it. If you travel a lot you can very easily pack it and it dries fast so it is perfect for carrying around if you don’t like/trust hotel towels. 100% would recommend!
