We live in Canada, but were visiting our younger daughter in Germany in early December. We ordered an extra long linen runner and 12 placemats for a Christmas gift for our older daughter in Virginia. The parcel was sent on 15 December and arrived 21 December... even before we arrived from Germany. Extraordinary service! We used the linens for our Christmas dinner... and everyone was very impressed with the quality and craftsmanship of the product. We just got the grey linen table runner for our Christmas dinner and it's lovely just what we were expecting, lovely colour and the size is just perfect! Simona was very helpful and made everything possible for us to get it on time. I had to purchase the UPS express delivery with my order but it arrived on time and safely.
