The description says the bath towels are 59×29 and hand towels (aka kitchen or tea towels in another listing) are 29×13. I didn’t think to measure when I got them, but after 4-5 washes the bath towels measure 58×26 and the hand towels are 28.5.×12.5, so not too much shrinkage. The first few times in the wash, I noticed a lot of black water in the washer, as well as a fair amount of black lint on the filter (a thin layer, but it covered the filter). I’ll give them a few more washes before I decide to buy another set, to make sure they don’t fade from loss of dye. Plus they’re awfully expensive. As far as using them, I truly LOVE these towels. They dry way quicker than thick towels, and since I now have a ventless dryer, it makes a huge difference in dry time. Linen isn’t fluffy soft, but they’re soft enough (I use vinegar in lieu of fabric softener to avoid unnecessary chemicals). They also have a bit of a texture that I really like when drying off. Linen towels take a bit of getting used to, but I’m sold. I hope the black dye stops coming out in the wash because I wouldn’t mind switching all my towels over to linen.
